Welcome to the Shalom Microfinance Bank mobile application. By downloading, accessing, or using this App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully.

1. Introduction

This App is owned and operated by Shalom Microfinance Bank Limited, licensed and regulated by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the App and the services provided through it.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use this App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. User Account

• You are required to register for an account to access banking services via the App.
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are liable for all activities conducted under your account.

4. Services Provided

The App allows you to:

• View account balances and transaction history
• Transfer funds between accounts
• Pay bills and airtime
• Apply for loans
• Receive notifications and service updates

Shalom Microfinance Bank reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any service without prior notice.

5. Security and Privacy

• We are committed to protecting your data under Nigeria Data Protection Regulations (NDPR).
• Your personal data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
• You agree not to share your PIN, password, or OTPs with third parties.

6. Fees and Charges

Use of the App may incur standard banking fees as outlined in our Pricing Schedule. You are responsible for any network or data charges from your service provider.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Introduce viruses or malicious code

Violation of this clause may result in account suspension or legal action.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the App are the property of Shalom Microfinance Bank and/or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Shalom Microfinance Bank shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account
• Unavailability of services due to system maintenance or network failure
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

10. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to third-party services. Shalom Microfinance Bank is not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of such services.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes arising shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.
